Our areas of expertise cover virtually every type of facility and every possible aspect of real estate development, including budget development associated with project implementation, construction methods and building systems, environmental considerations, zoning, regulatory and municipal compliance, master planning, , project financing, contract requirements and design considerations, i.e., all aspects of civil engineering, mechanical engineering (including HVAC and plumbing), electrical engineering, environmental engineering, and construction specialty services.

The resources of the firm include affiliation with more than 10 Professional Engineers, 10 Registered Architects, design engineers, design architects, environmental engineers, an environmental lawyer, and more than 100 administrators, technical and support staff. The firm’s resources also include 2 testing laboratories, the ability to conduct extensive field testing, and environmental remediation.

Once, there was a time when development projects were the sole purview of those trained in the use of steel, concrete, blueprints and site plans.   Those days are gone and they are never coming back.

Projects are still conceived to satisfy specific needs of a general marketplace, or a specific user, but now there are many ancillary issues that directly impact that project , and they are more complex than ever before. Today’s successful projects are the result of managing a process that includes coordination and management of the traditional “partners” in this effort, architectural and engineering design services, contractors, subcontractors, etc. as well as government affairs, public information, the finance and investment communities, labor relations and environmental compliance.

Mr. Rodolitz, with more than 35 years of hands on experience, and a New York State licensed Professional Engineer for more than 30 years, is a  recognized expert in project development strategies, project design , project financing and related contract requirements, economic development, building systems, environmental matters, building management, maintenance and repairs, and energy matters.
